Our Story

A dessert counter that decided to drive.

Oswald started in 2022 with one waffle iron and a queue that refused to go home. Since then, everything is still made the same way: to order, in front of you. Also, the chocolate is always poured, never squeezed.

  • Pressed to order

    No pre-made trays sitting under a lamp. Your waffle goes into the iron when you order it, and comes out crisp at the edges.

  • Real chocolate, poured

    Belgian-style couverture, Nutella and Lotus Biscoff — melted fresh through the day and poured generously.

  • Four trucks, one recipe

    Pratap Nagar, Raja Park, Chitrakoot and Jagatpura. Same batter, same pour, same late-night hours.
